Privacy policy

What this website collects, what it keeps in your browser, and how to reach us about it. In plain English.

The short version

  • Our forms collect what you type into them, and nothing else. We use it to reply to you.
  • We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you. No advertising or tracking scripts, and the site sets no cookies of its own.
  • A few display preferences are saved in your browser. They never leave it.
  • The map on our contact and studio pages loads from Google only when you press “Show the map”.
  • You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. One email does it.

Who we are

VenPro Solutions is a marketing, media, and IT agency at 9400 Viscount Blvd, El Paso, Texas 79925. This policy describes how the pages of this website work and what happens to anything you send through them. When we say “we” or “us”, we mean VenPro Solutions.

What you send us

The contact form and the free audit form collect what you type into them: your name, email address, phone number, company, website, and message. They also ask a few questions about your business, such as your industry, the size of your team, or your marketing budget, so we can give you a useful answer.

The newsletter form collects your email address. The careers form collects your name, contact details, the role you are applying for, your resume if you attach one, and any links or notes you choose to add.

How a form reaches us

When you press send, your message goes through Formspree, a form delivery service run by Formspree, Inc. in the United States. It passes your message to our inbox at hello@venpro.solutions, filters out spam on the way, and keeps a copy in our account so nothing is lost if an email goes astray. A resume you attach to a job application travels the same way. How Formspree handles that data is described in its privacy policy.

What we use it for, and for how long

We use what you send to reply to you, to prepare the audit or proposal you asked for, to consider your job application, and to send you the newsletter if you signed up for it. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone outside VenPro except the services named on this page that carry it to us.

Your message is read by the people at VenPro who handle enquiries and hiring. We keep it for as long as we need it to answer you and follow up, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. Every newsletter email has an unsubscribe link.

How the site is served

This website is a set of plain pages served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare receives your IP address and the addresses of the pages you request in order to deliver them, and keeps short-lived technical logs to keep the site running and to block attacks. We do not use those logs to identify visitors. How Cloudflare handles that data is described in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

How we count visits

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they read, where they came from, and how fast the pages load. It works without cookies and without storing anything in your browser, and it does not build a profile of you or follow you to other sites. What we see is totals, not people.

Our blog is written in a content system that only our team logs into. Readers never connect to it: articles are published as ordinary pages on this site.

What is stored in your browser

The site saves three preferences in your browser’s local storage, so it can remember them the next time you visit:

  • Appearance. Light, dark, or auto.
  • High contrast. On or off.
  • The “I’m a” choice. The kind of business you picked in the menu.

It also notes, in session storage, whether the greeting from the contact bubble has been shown, so it does not keep appearing during your visit.

None of this is sent to us or to anyone else. It stays in your browser, and you can clear it in your browser settings whenever you like.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies of its own and loads no advertising or tracking scripts. The fonts and scripts it uses are served from the site itself, apart from the small visit-counting script from Cloudflare described above, which sets no cookies.

One exception can happen: if Cloudflare suspects that a visit comes from an automated program rather than a person, it may show a short check and then set a cookie that remembers the check was passed. That cookie exists only to keep the site available and is not used to track you.

The Google map

Our contact page and our studio page can show a map from Google. Nothing loads from Google until you press “Show the map”. When you do, your browser connects to Google, and Google may set cookies. How Google handles that information is described in Google’s privacy policy.

Videos in articles

Some articles on our blog include a video. The player loads from YouTube (in its privacy-enhanced mode, which sets no cookies until you play the video) or from Vimeo when you open that article. Once you press play, those services may collect data as described in Google’s privacy policy and Vimeo’s privacy policy.

Links to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube go to those services, and some articles link to other websites. This policy describes the pages of venpro.solutions. The sites you reach through those links have their own policies.

Children

This site is for businesses and the people who run them. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you think a child has sent us something, email us and we will delete it.

Your information, your call

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@venpro.solutions or call (915) 314-3833. You can also write to VenPro Solutions, 9400 Viscount Blvd, El Paso, Texas 79925. We answer within a few business days, and we will not treat you differently for asking.

Changes to this policy

If the way this site works changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
