Venpro Solutions is a Marketing and Business Solution Agency based in El Paso, Texas. We’re hiring a highly motivated, results-driven Sales Consultant to expand our presence locally and beyond—by driving growth through strategic sales + consulting initiatives.

This is not “order-taking” sales. It’s consultative. You’ll lead with discovery, connect the dots between what a business needs and what will actually move the needle, then close with clarity. At Venpro, we don’t chase vanity metrics—we align our work to business outcomes and build systems that scale. 

This role requires a willingness to travel within Texas and occasionally beyond to meet clients and prospects. Compensation includes a competitive base salary + commission + bonus potential, rewarding top performers.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement targeted sales and consulting strategies to generate leads, increase market share, and drive traffic through content marketing and digital campaigns.

  • Execute consistent outside sales activity: cold calling, territory management, and face-to-face meetings to win new business and expand existing accounts.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding needs, delivering tailored solutions, and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Manage and grow accounts by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Venpro’s consulting services.

  • Use CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to track interactions, manage leads, and analyze performance to refine strategy and improve close rates.

  • Collaborate with our consulting team to create promotional materials, product demos, and campaigns that communicate value and support the sales process.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while aligning client expectations with company goals.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging consulting technologies to maintain an edge.

  • Travel as needed to meet clients, attend industry events, and expand market reach across Texas and surrounding areas.


Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or consulting (digital marketing/advertising experience is a plus).

  • Account management experience, with a track record of growing and maintaining client portfolios.

  • Understanding of organizational change management and how to help stakeholders move from “interest” to implementation.

  • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) for pipeline management and relationship tracking.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and deliver compelling presentations/demos.

  • Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and sales performance data to guide decisions.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, comfortable working independently, and able to collaborate with a team.

  • Willingness to travel regularly within El Paso and surrounding areas, and occasionally beyond.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

  • Customer-service mindset and a real focus on long-term relationships.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred but not required.

This role is high-output and performance-aware: you’ll create stills + short-form video across multiple clients, keep everything on-brand, and help content translate into real outcomes (leads, calls, purchases — not just likes).

What you’ll do (in plain terms)

  • Create 60% still content (graphics, carousels, infographics, static posts) using templates + brand systems

  • Create 40% video content (15–60s Reels/TikTok/Shorts): hooks, captions, edits, exports

  • Support daily production pace (up to 8 posts/day) across multiple clients

  • Keep work original + compliant (copyright/trademarks per client)

What success looks like

  • Clean, consistent output that feels intentional — not rushed

  • Videos that hook quickly and hold attention

  • Organized file systems + reusable assets that make production faster every week

  • Clear communication and ownership (you surface blockers and propose solutions)

Must-haves

  • 2+ years in fast-paced content creation (portfolio required)

  • Proof you can produce volume without quality dropping (agency or daily-posting experience preferred)

  • Strong short-form instincts: hooks, pacing, retention, captions

  • Comfortable working across multiple brand voices and visual systems

  • Excellent time management under tight deadlines

Tools you should be fluent in
